Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return after the following issues listed below.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@openyourcloset.net. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All custom items are non-refundable. You will a recieve mockup to verify placement and measurement of logo or design for the garment and fashion accessories.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Wrong Adress

If you or your end customer provide an address that is not deliverable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once with have confirmed an updated address with you.

For all packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part art covered at our expense.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 5-7 business for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. It depends on your financial institution.
